Returns and exchange details:
FOR SUPPLIES: All returns or exchanges must be in their original packaging in a NEW and UNUSED condition. Yarn must not be rewound, labels must still be intact and the weight of the yarn must match the weight listed on the label. You must contact me within 14 days to ask if you can return or exchange an item. You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return or exchange your merchandise. For all returns and exchanges, the buyer is responsible for shipping costs to return items back to Handcrafted Accents. I do not refund for shipping costs on a return or exchange.
All DISCONTINUED/CLEARANCE/SALE items are brand new and all sales are final and sold in an as-is condition with no returns or exchanges possible.
